To use the forum, you must agree to these terms with L’Université Numérique that runs the forum. These terms apply only to use of the forum.

Acceptable Use

This forum is intended for the exchange of ideas, resources, and discussions related to pedagogy and technology. Users are expected to engage in respectful and constructive communication.

Users are prohibited from:

  1. Posting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

  2. Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

  3. Posting any content that infringes upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.

  4. Posting any unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “spam,” or any other form of solicitation.

  5. Interfering with or disrupting the forum or servers or networks connected to the forum, or disobeying any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the forum.

Your Account

You must create and log into an account to use some features of the forum.

To create an account, you must provide some information about yourself. If you create an account, you agree to provide, at a minimum, a valid e-mail address, and to keep that address up-to-date. You may close your account at any time by e-mailing contact@luniversitenumerique.fr.

You agree to be responsible for all action taken using your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you either close your account or notify the company that your account has been compromised. You agree to notify the company immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised. You agree to select a secure password for your account, and keep it secret.

The company may restrict, suspend, or close your account on the forum according to its policy for handling copyright-related takedown requests, or if the company reasonably believes that you’ve broken any rule in these terms.
